Terms of Service
Last updated: March 23, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WarisFlow platform and its associated report generation tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the platform.
2. Nature of Service and Disclaimer of Legal Advice
The platform provides a financial information service designed to estimate Islamic estate distribution based on the Administration of Muslim Law Act (AMLA) in Singapore.
This platform does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. The generated reports are educational estimates. The platform does not draft legally binding documents such as Wills (Wasiat), Trust Deeds, or Hibah contracts. You must consult a qualified Syariah law practitioner or advocate and solicitor to execute binding estate planning instruments. The final distribution of any Muslim estate in Singapore is subject to the issuance of an Inheritance Certificate by the Syariah Court.
3. User Responsibilities and Data Accuracy
The accuracy of the generated Faraid report depends entirely on the accuracy of the data you input. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all family structures, asset values, and ownership types (such as Joint Tenancy) are entered correctly. We hold no responsibility for reports generated based on false, incomplete, or misunderstood user inputs.
4. B2B and Financial Advisor Usage
If you are a Financial Advisor using this platform under a whitelabel or B2B subscription, you remain solely responsible for your advisory relationship with your clients. You must not misrepresent the generated report as formal legal counsel. You agree to indemnify WarisFlow against any claims made by your clients arising from your use of the platform.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, WarisFlow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes financial losses, family disputes, or legal complications arising from reliance on the generated reports.
6. Artificial Intelligence
The platform utilizes Artificial Intelligence to generate narrative summaries. While the mathematical Faraid calculations are deterministic and hardcoded, AI-generated text may occasionally lack full legal nuance. You must review the AI-generated summaries independently.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
